SHIPPING INFORMATION GENERAL:

All shipments are FOB place of shipment. We prepay and add freight charges to your invoice. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. Back orders do occur and are shipped as received. Standard Ground Shipments : We ship your order using the most efficient method, although the size and weight of some items require a specific carrier be used. With all shipments, you can be sure that the most economical shipping method is requested. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Box numbers, please provide a complete street address for prompt delivery. Please allow at least 10 business days for delivery before calling on order status. You will be notified if we cannot ship within 10 days. All items purchased from LPC Services Inc. are made to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. LPC Services Inc. is not responsible or liable for damage or loss arising from shipment. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice. TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS: Items too heavy too large for standard ground shipments will be shipped by truck. Please call us for a freight quote. You will to provide a daytime phone number so that the carrier can schedule merchandise delivery to be made when you'll have unloading help on hand. You are responsible for unloading. Truck freight companies do not require their drivers to unload shipments. An additional lift gate fee will apply if the driver unloads the merchandise. All orders shipped outside the contiguous USA must be prepaid.

RETURN PROCEDURE:
Items can be returned within 5 days with authorization only. Their are no returns for electrical parts. Refunds are for the cost of the product only. A 20 percent restock charge will apply on all authorized returns. Returns on damaged shipments require carrier(UPS,Parcel Post, FedEx,Trucking Companies etc.) notification before calling LPC Services Inc. for return authorization. All returns must be made with in 5 days. LPC Services Inc. cannot except responsibility for damages incurred after a customer has signed for the merchandise in good condition. Please have your shipping information and invoice number handy when requesting a return.

WARRANTIES ON MERCHANDISE:
Products not manufactured by LPC Services Inc. are warranted by the manufacturer. Neither LPC Services Inc. nor the manufacture may be held responsible for customers misuse of merchandise. If you call or write/email about a defective merchandise, we must have the invoice number of the order and shipping information. Their are no warranties on electrical parts. 30 day warranty on heater parts that are not electrical parts or component there of. In no event shall LPC Services Inc. be liability under this warranty exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Excluding shipping cost and duties.

LPC SERVICES INC. BUYER'S STATEMENT:
LPC Services Inc. does not in any way warrant that you, the buyer, can lawfully purchase, possess, repair, install, or operate any merchandise or item that we offer which you may order, under any applicable state and/or local laws. You, as buyer, warrant that you have checked those laws, that you are of legal age to purchase these items/merchandise and that you are not under any legal disability which would in any way affect your ability to lawfully purchase them.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Checks received with orders will be deposited upon receipt. All orders are processed assuming they will be shipped complete. However, back orders do occur; these items will be shipped as we receive them. In-stock, non-trucked shipped merchandise paid by credit card will be charged when order is shipped; back order items will not be charged until merchandise is shipped. We reserve the right to verify funds with your bank before shipping, which may cause a delay of up to 10 business days. $50 dollar service charge for all returned checks. When you provide a check as payment, you authorize LPC Services Inc. to use information from your check to make a one time electronic funds transfer from your account or to process the payment as a check transaction. When we use information from your check to make an electronic funds transfer, funds may be withdrawn from your account as soon as the same day your payment is received, and you will not receive your check back from your financial institution.

SALES TAX:
LPC collects sales tax in all US territories Except: AK, AZ, DC, DE, ID, MT, NH, NM. This notice is for customers who take delivery of merchandise in states where sales tax is not charged.
Notice for use tax where LPC does not collect Sales tax.
Purchases are subject to use tax on certain states unless exempt from taxation in those states.
The purchase is not exempt merely because it it made over the internet, or phone or by catalog.
Some states will require customers to report their purchases that were not taxed and pay use tax on the purchases. Customers should check their states' reporting requirement for tax forms to be used for this purpose.
Shipping tax
Deliveries to AR, CT, GA, HI, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, TN, TX, VT, WA, WI, and WV must pay tax on shipping

Prices and shipping rates are subject to change without notice. Current catalog or site prices supersede all previous prices. LPC Services Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at anytime without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
